Then, I import it into Deconvolver to generate the IR. I export that as a stem using the correct bit depth (24) and resolution (48k). That works fine and gives a fairly-strong waveform. I run the test tone through the Helix Rack and back into Studio One while recording. In Studio One, I get good signal levels to/from the Helix which is connected via USB. I dropped it in Studio One and it has a strong waveform. I created a 12-second test tone in Deconvolver. Great efforts have been put into preserving as much of the original signal as possible during the noise reduction process. ![]() The only problem is, in order to get a level that matches the rest of the signal chain, I have to boost the level of the IR to the max of +6dB and add a subsequent gain block of +7-12dB.
